Seems like for something that bulky and hard to ship, your best bet is to let your fingers do the walking in the yellow pages. Just call around and get prices on both used and new. Be sure and compare apples to apples.

Look for White Cap or CSI - they're pretty much nationwide and can get all that stuff for you.
