Company in full swing - 2.5 homes completed with revenues of 785,000. 4-5 employees (1 superintendent/PM, 1 carpenter and 3 laborers).

I want to be doing design for an average of 3 homes per month.

Have my rental remodeled and rented!! Hire a couple more steady dependable employees and keep us all busy thru the winter months.

I saw this yesterday but couldn't think of anything, but that reminds me, I'd like to have this rental house finished and rented and be in my next project house. I'd like to also be doing HVAC and structured wiring with my partner and freelancing powerpoint on my own.
