Has anyone used there estimating software?I would like some info before I purchase it. Looks pretty good on the demo I saw.

Here are some of my pet peeves for estimating programs -
1. They assume what you can produce at.
2. They assume you have the same assemblies (i.e. 1/2 drywall both sides, batt insulation interior) just an example

You know I never thought of that, that kinda swings me in the other direction.

I'm more of a "how many pieces and how long will it take" guy. I've tried relying on things like a database or RS Means - but they just can't know how fast my people produce stuff. Only I know that. What if their crew calls for 3 laborers and one carpenter when I only have 1 laborer, a carpenter, and a concrete finisher available.
