Actually - Google came through with the Pagerank. I am now working on the linking campaign - my wife should be starting on that next week. That'll help a bunch.

Not yet.. I need to put a page to track history of leads that have been accepted by each of the contractors... pretty close to being done with that.
Then I would like to add a place to post resumes and employment opportunities.
I have the backend in place to allow for different sign-ups - i.e. just directory and forum, directory forum and leads, everything. Of course that has a different cost for each subscription type.
