Default Demo in CSI division

we are actually getting organized as a company and while setting up job cost tracking i realized there is no demo division.
how does everyone set this up?
demo per division as a seperate line item or as a whole under division 01?

I've always seen it under Divison 2 for Site Preparation (02220).

That should be Site Prep is 02200 and Site Demolition is 02220 - just to clarify.

What version are you going to use - 2004 or Pre-2004? The 2004 version uses a little different subset.. well actually quite a lot different for the overall layout. You can check the 2004 version at http://www.csinet.org/s_csi/docs/9400/9361.pdf this version has something like 48 divisions.. not the prior 16.
